Face-to-face or ‘in-person’ therapy offers you a safe, confidential environment in which to explore and move on from the challenges in your life. It takes you out of your normal, everyday environment and into a specially therapeutic one. Stepping into the therapy room alone can help begin to unlock difficult emotions and worries.
Making positive changes in your life
I work with you to help you gain greater understanding of your emotions, thoughts and responses to situations – helping you see things more clearly. Regular face-to-face sessions can help you move on from fear and anxieties, let go of over-controlling behaviour, and make positive changes in your life.
Initial consultation session
I offer an initial consultation session to give you a chance to see if you feel comfortable with me and the way I work, and for me to get an initial understanding of what brings you to counselling. You can ask any questions you may have about counselling and my approach, and have time to reflect on whether this feels like the right option for you. There is no commitment needed to attend any further sessions.
